I don't know who to blame for this bug. I am using nohup succesfully
with SAS, so I have to wonder if OpenBUGS is somehow responsible. We
need to do some long runs: who doesn't, right? So, I'm using
OpenBUGS 3.2.1 with GNU Emacs 23.3.1 and RHEL 5.6 with AMD64. When I open a
shell buffer in Emacs and launch a session:
nohup nice time OpenBUGS < sim.bmd > sim.bog &

If I exit Emacs before the job finishes, then it abends...

I have looked over the OpenBUGS script and played around with it.
But, nothing I have tried prevents this. Can someone replicate
this and/or fix it? Thanks.
